Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation (more than 48 hours before check-in)
You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
Late cancellation (within 48 hours of check-in)
If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, the cost of the first night's stay (plus any applicable tax) will be retained as a late-cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
No-show
If you do not check in by the scheduled time and have not contacted the host, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
To cancel a booking, contact the host directly at the email address included in your booking confirmation.
