When you submit a booking request, we collect:

  • Your name and contact information (email, phone)
  • Your requested stay dates and party details (number of adults, children, pets)
  • Payment information, at the time you complete payment. Payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

How your information is stored

Your information is stored in our database, encrypted at rest, and is only accessible to Vive Vacation Homes. It is not shared with, or visible to, any other host or business using the same booking platform technology.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate this site:

  • Stripe, to process your payment
  • Resend, to send you booking confirmation, approval, payment, and receipt emails

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your booking information as part of our business records for as long as we operate this site. If we ever stop offering this service, your information will be deleted or returned to you, consistent with our data handling obligations.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, or to request that it be deleted.
