Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you (the "Guest") and Vive Vacation Homes("Host," "we," "us"), the owner and operator of the propert(y/ies) listed on this site. This site's booking technology is provided by a third-party platform on the Host's behalf. Your booking agreement is with the Host, not with the platform provider.
Booking process
Submitting a request through this site is not a confirmed booking. The Host reviews each request and will approve or decline it. No payment is collected until a request is approved.
Payment
Once approved, you will receive a secure payment link for the full stay total. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card information.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in: full refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: the first night's stay (plus applicable tax) is retained as a late-cancellation fee; the remaining balance is refunded
- No-shows: the full booking amount is non-refundable
Damage and incidentals
You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or members of your party during your stay. The Host may seek reimbursement for damage directly from you.
House rules
Each property listing includes house rules specific to that property (check-in/check-out times, pet policy, occupancy limits, and similar). By booking, you agree to follow them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of OK, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
